Print full Type::ResolvedPaths starting with Self

(e.g., `Self::Output`)

This doesn't actually "resugar" qualified paths like `<Self as
Foo>::Output`, it just doesn't elide the prefix segments when rendering
cleaned paths like `Self::Output`.
