Switch to intra-doc links in `std::macros`

Part of #75080.

* Switch to intra-doc links in `std::macros`
* Fix typo in module docs
* Link to `std::io::stderr` instead of `std::io::Stderr` to match the
  link text
* Link to `std::io::stdout`
