Character decl-type-specs with no kind specified had no kind written to the .mod file. That was different from the other intrinsic types which always have an explicit type. This change make character like the other intrinsic types. Original-commit: flang-compiler/f18@5b4f047a13 Reviewed-on: https://github.com/flang-compiler/f18/pull/247 Tree-same-pre-rewrite: false
