Add new kinds of symbol details: ProcBindingDetails, FinalProcDetails. and GenericBindingDetails. The last is not yet implemented. Write them to the .mod file. Recognize DEFERRED and NON_OVERRIDABLE attributes. Enforce C783. Resolve CLASS(t) similarly to resolution of TYPE(t).
