Fix interaction of triggers, partitioning, and EXPLAIN ANALYZE.
Add a new EState member es_leaf_result_relations, so that the trigger code knows about ResultRelInfos created by tuple routing. Also make sure ExplainPrintTriggers knows about partition-related ResultRelInfos.
