David Sterba 0a688a4454 btrfs-progs: kerncompat: define __always_inline conditionally
The CI build prints a lot of warnings

      [CC]     btrfs.o
  In file included from volumes.h:22,
		   from btrfs.c:22:
  kerncompat.h:39: warning: "__always_inline" redefined
   #define __always_inline __inline __attribute__ ((__always_inline__))

so define the macro conditionally.
